01 Is Ourti Mountains a hotel?
No. We are a daytime leisure venue in Agafay — pool, restaurant, camel rides, quad and more. You visit for a few hours, not overnight stays.
02 How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp, email contact@ourtimountains.com or use the booking form on our Contact page. We reply personally with availability, pricing and directions.
03 Do you show prices on the website?
Not at the moment. Rates depend on the experience, group size and season. We send a clear quote after you tell us what you need.
04 How do I get there?
We are in Agafay, a short drive from Marrakech. Exact GPS and directions are sent after we confirm your booking. We can help arrange transport on request.
05 What should I bring?
Comfortable shoes, sun protection, swimwear for the pool, and a light jacket in winter. For quad rides, we recommend closed shoes and sunglasses.
06 Which languages do you speak?
Our team speaks French, English and Arabic.
07 Can you host private events?
Yes — birthdays, proposals, small corporate groups. Tell us your date, number of guests and what you would like (food, pool, activities).
08 When is the pool open?
The pool is seasonal (warmer months). Contact us for current opening hours before you plan your pool day.
